Frequently asked questions
Can I start for free?
Yes. The first lessons of every course are free. To continue a course after that, you need a Dana Plus subscription.
If I already know some of the language, do I have to start from the beginning?
No. After the free lessons you can take a placement test. The result suggests where to start, and you only move ahead once you confirm. Your first placement test in each language is free. If you prefer, simply carry on from the beginning.
What language are the lessons taught in?
The Swedish, Norwegian, English, German and Korean courses are all taught in Persian.
How do section exams work?
In sections that end with an exam, passing it takes you to the next section. If you do not pass, you can try again, and the progress you have already earned stays in place.
What happens if I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel whenever you like and keep full access until the end of the period you have paid for. After that your progress is not deleted. Your place on the path is kept and you can review the lessons you have passed.
Is there a benefit to automatic payment?
Yes. If you pay for your subscription by automatic withdrawal, you get a 5% discount.
